CHARGE/d (Michael Sailstorfer, Jorinde Voigt)
Salon Kennedy, Wiesen, Germany

May 1, 2026 – June 6, 2026
until May 31, 2026

CHARGE/d brings together Jorinde Voigt and Michael Sailstorfer in a rural shed in Wiesen,
conceived in dialogue with an oak planting and basalt stele honoring Joseph Beuys. Framed as
a threshold between everyday use and deliberate perception, the exhibition asks how energy
and attention become form. Voigt composes notational drawings and a dyadic logic that map
micro-energies, orientations, and rhythms into legible structures. Sailstorfer sets watchful masks
at entry and translates “charge” into material sequences—beeswax to hive to bronze—fixing
biological time as surface memory. Together the works negotiate authorship and duration,
bridging the surge of a day with what endures for decades.

Music connects people, stories, and sensory experiences. It has always been closely linked to the visual arts, through modes of representation, compositions, or acoustic elements. This exhibition, featuring artists associated with the HFBK Hamburg, explores visual translations of music, pictorial transformations, and their influence on form and context.

Artists: Siri Hammarén, Tintin Patrone, Jorinde Voigt, Ronja Zschoche, students from the Stage Design class (HFBK) and the Multimedia Composition class (HfMT)

On March 20, 2026, HEREDIUM presents its series exhibition ”Tracing the Unfinished.“

This exhibition begins with a collection shaped over time by members of ARCHE II. What began as a genuine curiosity toward contemporary art gradually moved beyond the act of possession, evolving into a distinct way of seeing and engaging with the world.
Rather than offering definitive conclusions, ”Tracing the Unfinished“ raises questions. Fleeting emotions, fragments of memory, and attentive observations of hidden fractures are woven into a narrative that unfolds throughout the space.
The exhibition finds completion through the viewer’s act of reflection. Standing before each work, we invite you to draw your own map—one shaped by your own way of seeing.
